Return and Refund Policy

Appointments for Nutritional Therapy Consultation and Class Agreements

All Appointments are Prescheduled and Prepaid:

The virtual/online meetings times are 1 hour , except the Initial Follow Up Consultation which is 1 ½ hours.
Online Virtual appointments are via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
You will be sent a link for your preferred meeting format when you preschedule your appointment.
I will provide in person meetings only for BOC at your home, for Houston and Surrounding Area or if I am visiting your City, which will be posted in advance.
In person meetings are generally a personal request for and are designed for special needs and elderly clients who are not, social media, smart phone, computer, technical savvy.
Before scheduling your appointment, please refer to my Online Virtual Meeting or In Person Etiquette and Standards located below and also on the "Services" page for the expected requirements for these meetings.

Below is the Refund and Return Policy for Consultation & Class Appointments

Cancellations Policy

All scheduled appointments and classes must be cancelled within 24 hours of schedule appointment time. There are no refunds if not cancelled in time. If you cancel the appointment or class within a minimum of 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a full refund.

Late Arrival or Tardiness - if you are going to be later than 15 minutes for your pre-scheduled appointment time. Please contact me before your scheduled appointment and let me know you are running late. I will still see you if you are late, but your time will be shortened due to my scheduling windows of every 30 minutes. I understand that things happen so calling or texting is important.

If I have not heard from you at your allotted appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and considered a No Call – No Show. I will only allow 2 NC-NS's, after that you will be refused all future services.

No Call - No Show – If you do not contact me or cancel the appointment within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time there will be no refund.

For Full Refund;

If you have cancelled your prescheduled appointment for consultation or class within the scheduled 24 hour window, please contact me via email @ awakenwithin922@gmail.com for your entire refund

Supplements, Whole Foods, Resource & Educational Materials or Nutritional Products and Merchandise.

Purchases from Affiliates, Vendors, Non-engagements and Separate Entities for Supplements, Whole Foods, Resource & Educational Materials or Nutritional Products and Merchandise.

There will be no refunds or returns for purchases made through web links to Affiliates or Vendors from; "Awaken Within Holistic Nutrition LLC, A.K.A. domain www.awakenwithinholistic.com website affiliate link for supplementation, non-engagement and separate entities.
This website is for resource and educational purposes only and I provide affiliate links for you the client/consumer to find the best nutritional and health conscience sources that I use and have researched.
I link with the mentioned affiliates and vendors on my site because I personally use their products and I like them. In my personal opinion I feel these products are in high standing and suitable for my client base. This is my opinion of these products though.
If you are personally not satisfied with the product/s, that you have purchased through the vendor/affiliate’s website, you will need to contact that vendor/affiliate through their website and follow their return and refund policy protocol.

Virtual Online and In Person Appointments or Classes

Dress appropriately - casual -modesty
Gentlemen, I will not meet with gentlemen by themselves, there must be an appropriate chaperone in attendance at all times. If you do not have the appropriate chaperone ( i.e. Pastor, Spouse, female family member over the age of 18) for your meeting, then please advise me at the time of pre-scheduling your meeting and I will have my Husband present. If my husband is unavailable, we will reschedule your appointment.
Gentlemen, There is no additional cost to have my husband attend your meeting, This is for your protection and mine. To be on the safe side, I would consider having my husband presence incase your family member is unable to attend at the last moment.
Please be advised; Consultation for Men, If it comes to the meeting time and you have not let me know you do not have a chaperone in advance of the scheduled time and my husband is not available to sit in at the last moment, then the appointment will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
Disclaimer: Preschedule Appointments with My Husband Bob Ellis in Attendance. You will be provided a "Consent and Permissions Form" in advance to the meeting. The form must be returned 48 hour ahead of your scheduled meeting time. If the "Consent and Permissions Form" is not sent before the prescheduled meeting, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
Consultation for Married Men, your Wife, Pastor or Female Family Member over the age of 18 yrs,, will need to be present with you during the consultations.
Consultation for Single Men, Your Pastor or My Husband would need to be present with you the during consultations.
All Children under the age of 18 are Minors. I will do consultation for a minor through the parents, guardians or family members over the age of 18, only.
Fathers or Male Guardians of Minors, please reference lines #6, 7, 8 9, 10 and 11 as this applies the same. A female over the age of 18 must be in attendance and will have to be present for all consultations.
If the Minor is present for the meeting Parent, guardian, family member over the age of 18 will have to be in attendance of the minor during the entire meeting.
Special Needs- Clients that are over the age of 18, If the client needs a representative to be present to work or speak on their behalf, The client will have to give either verbal or written Consent and Permissions.
Special needs of Male Gender Caretakers, Family member, or Spouse, will need to be in attendance. Please reference lines #6, 7, 8 9, 10 and 11 as this applies the same. A female over the age of 18 must be in attendance and will have to be present for all consultations.
Elderly - If the client needs a representative (Caretakers, Family member, or Spouse) to be present to work or speak on their behalf, The client will have to give either verbal or written Consent and Permissions.
Elderly of Male Gender- Caretakers, Family member, or Spouse, will need to be in attendance. Please reference lines #6, 7, 8 9, 10 and 11 as this applies the same A female over the age of 18 must be in attendance and will have to be present for all consultations.
