Etiquette and Standards
- No obscene or foul language
- No lewd conduct
- No sexual harassment
- No solicitations
- Dress appropriately - casual -modesty
- Gentlemen, I will not meet with gentlemen by themselves, there must be an appropriate chaperone in attendance at all times. If you do not have the appropriate chaperone ( i.e. pastor, spouse, female family member over the age of 18) for your meeting, then please advise me at the time of pre-scheduling your meeting and I will have my Husband present. If my husband is unavailable, we will reschedule your appointment.
- There is no additional cost to have my husband attend your meeting, This is for your protection and mine. To be on the safe side, I would consider having my husband presence incase your family member is unable to attend at the last moment.
- Please be advised; Consultation for Men, If it comes to the meeting time and you have not let me know you do not have a chaperone in advance of the scheduled time and my husband is not available to sit in at the last moment, then the appointment will be cancelled and there will be no refund.
- Disclaimer: Preschedule Appointments with My Husband Bob Ellis in Attendance. You will be provided a "Consent and Permissions Form" in advance to the meeting. The form must be returned 48 hour ahead of your scheduled meeting time. If the "Consent and Permissions Form" is not sent before the prescheduled meeting, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
- Consultation for Married Men, your Wife, Pastor or Female Family Member over the age of 18 yrs,, will need to be present with you during the consultations.
- Consultation for Single Men, Your Pastor or My Husband would need to be present with you the during consultations.
- All Children under the age of 18 are Minors. I will do consultation for a minor through the parents, guardians or family members over the age of 18, only.
- Fathers or Male Guardians of Minors, please reference lines #6, 7, 8 9, 10 and 11 as this applies the same. A female over the age of 18 must be in attendance and will have to be present for all consultations.
- If the Minor is present for the meeting Parent, guardian, family member over the age of 18 will have to be in attendance of the minor during the entire meeting.
- Special Needs- Clients that are over the age of 18, If the client needs a representative to be present to work or speak on their behalf, The client will have to give either verbal or written Consent and Permissions.
- Special needs of Male Gender Caretakers, Family member, or Spouse, will need to be in attendance. Please reference lines #6, 7, 8 9, 10 and 11 as this applies the same. A female over the age of 18 must be in attendance and will have to be present for all consultations.
- Elderly - If the client needs a representative (Caretakers, Family member, or Spouse) to be present to work or speak on their behalf, The client will have to give either verbal or written Consent and Permissions.
- Elderly of Male Gender- Caretakers, Family member, or Spouse, will need to be in attendance. Please reference lines #6, 7, 8 9, 10 and 11 as this applies the same A female over the age of 18 must be in attendance and will have to be present for all consultations.
